3-MONTH INNER HEALING EXPERIENCE
Are you struggling with emotional traumas, memories, and baggage of childhood? How about betrayal, a breakup, feeling lost, confused, lonely, or physically ill?
There are so many areas of healing we need to experience to feel whole again and it all starts with inner healing. The challenge is most people don't have a healthy support system or community to guide them through the healing. I know I didn't and that's what motivated me to create this group. I personally had to heal from growing up in foster care without my parents or family's love, support, or guidance. I've had to heal from a broken heart that lasted a decade longer than it should have. I've had to heal from feeling like an inadequate mother because I was still trying to figure out what was wrong with me in my 40s. Come to find out, the answer was pretty simple: I wasn't surrounded by the kind of people who could help me heal so I could awaken and evolve. I don't want you to waste that kind of time because time is your most precious and non-renewable resource. Frankly, there's no shortage of things we need to heal from, not to mention all of our negative self-talk & the projected guilt and shame from our family members and society. How are we ever to truly find our authentic voice and inner powers? Well, the answer starts with getting in alignment with the right community because there's only so much healing we can do alone.
